💎 Return & Refund Policy (3-Day Return)

Effective Date: October 2025

We hope you love your OSHARE purchase! If something isn’t quite right, you may request a return within 3 calendar days of receiving your product.

Eligibility
- Product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
- Returns are accepted only for products reported within 3 days of delivery.
- Items damaged through customer misuse are not eligible.
- Free gifts or promotional items must be returned with the order.

Defective or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear product photos and unpacking video. We’ll offer a replacement or refund after verification.

How to Initiate a Return
1. Email us at support@oshare.com or WhatsApp +91 73066 26005.
2. Mention your order number, reason for return, and attach product photos.
3. We’ll review your request and share the return process details.

Return Shipping
- For customer preference returns (e.g., change of mind), return shipping charges are borne by the buyer.
- For defective/damaged items, OSHARE will cover return shipping or arrange a pickup.

Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error from our side.



Exchanges
Exchanges depend on stock availability. If unavailable, a refund will be provided.
